Nina San Marzano Plum tomatoes are named after the region of San Marzano near Naples, Italy. They have traditionally been the tomatoes of choice for the best-flavored tomato sauce. These are imported tomatoes that are whole peeled in tomato puree with basil and are firm and meaty with very few seeds.
